Why Hartech Indonesia Adopted Digital Signature?

We want to ensure that every document that leaves Hartech Indonesia has three things:

speed, clarity, and security.

Digital Signature enables:

• A faster and neater document approval process

• The authenticity of documents guaranteed legally

• Reduction of undetected changes risk

• Easier maintenance of digital document storage

With this system, we can maintain a more stable quality of service and minimize the administrative barriers that usually occur with physical documents.

Transition Period: December 1–21, 2025

During this period, the implementation of the digital system will be carried out gradually; starting with invoices as the documents with the highest usage intensity. For certain needs such as urgent revisions or special requests, wet signatures can still be provided.

We understand that each partner has their own needs. Therefore, we designed this transition period to provide a comfortable adaptation space.

Starting December 22, 2025: New Standards for Hartech Indonesia Official Documents

From that date, all official documents from Hartech Indonesia will be issued using Certified Electronic Signatures (TTE).

Implementation starts from invoices as the initial phase before full enforcement on all official company documents.

With this system, every document you receive will have a clear digital identity and strong legal protection, without changing your convenience in receiving documents.
